Debbie handles all aspects of the production process planning and overseeing all jobs through the shop. Debbie also is responsible for:
- Coordination of production scheduling and flow
- Coordination of Quality Assurance
- Job prioritization and scheduling
- Ability to meet quick turnaround times
- Quality Assurance -- continually checking output for consistent high quality

- Coordination of scheduling and payroll
- Coordination of employee hiring and training
- Checking inventory and ordering supplies
